Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely material movement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and possess strong knowledge of inventory control, documentation, and warehouse management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Material Transfer, and other inventory transactions in SAP.
- Ensure timely updating of all store transactions in SAP.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain proper documentation related to inventory, material receipts, and dispatches.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the store area.
- Follow company policies and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM Module preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
