Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/MBA preferred) with Export-Import certification
Experience: 2-4 years in customs clearance/Import documentation
Skills:
1. Strong coordination skills with government departments
2.Negotiation skills with freight forwarders/shipping lines
3.Attention to detail in documentation and compliance
4.Problem-solving for shipment delays/customs issues
5.Good communication (English + Hindi)
Job Responsibility:
1. Liaise with Indian Customs Department for export/import clearances
2. Prepare and file customs documentation (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, GATT Declaration)
3. Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs Act, and FTP regulations
4. Track shipment status and resolve customs-related delays
5. Arrange CHA (Customs House Agent) coordination and payments
6. Arrange international freight forwarding (air/sea shipments)
7. Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and forwarders
8. Coordinate with overseas suppliers and customers for documentation
9. Prepare export/Import documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin
10. Track international shipments and provide status updates
11. Handle Incoterms application and shipping terms
12. Maintain export-import records for GST, IEC compliance
13. Coordinate with banks for export bill collections (LC, Documents against Payment)
14. Ensure timely submission of Export & Import reports
15. Coordinate with international freight forwarders and couriers (DHL/FedEx)
16. Maintain relationships with overseas agents and customs brokers
17. Resolve shipment discrepancies and claims with carriers
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
