Job Title: Teacher
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to educate, inspire, and support students in their academic and personal development. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, maintain a positive learning environment, and help students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons according to the curriculum. - Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities. - Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. - Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline. - Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students. - Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student performance and development. - Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events. - Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. - Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning among students.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. - Teaching certification/license as required by local regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent classroom management abilities. - Ability to motivate and engage students. - Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.

Salary: Competitive and based on qualifications, experience, and institutional policies.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
