Job Title: Telecaller – Full Time
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain our interior services, understand their requirements, and follow up regularly.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and assigned leads
- Explain the company’s interior services clearly
- Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Update call details and customer status in the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams
- Achieve monthly calling and appointment targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Hindi or other language skills will be an advantage
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not compulsory
