Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in handling complete end-to-end Odoo implementations independently. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of Odoo modules, strong business analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
The candidate must be capable of understanding complex business workflows, providing functional solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth project execution across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete end-to-end Odoo implementation projects independently.
- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
- Conduct GAP analysis and provide suitable functional solutions using Odoo.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional specification documents and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
- Manage implementation planning, module mapping, and workflow setup.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment validation.
- Provide functional training and demonstrations to end users.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Support data migration, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely implementation delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and process optimization recommendations.
- Maintain proper implementation and project documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and features.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience handling complete Odoo implementations independently.
- Strong experience in business analysis, implementation, and client coordination.
- Experience working with multiple Odoo modules and workflows.
- Ability to lead implementation projects and manage timelines efficiently.
- Strong understanding of operational and business processes.
- Experience in system testing, deployment, and user training.
