Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and earn commissions in addition to a fixed monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage potential IT candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications & Skills
· Interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn IT hiring processes.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
· Prior recruitment experience (IT or non-IT) is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
