We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business through freelance platforms and direct sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects to generate qualified leads.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and pre-sales discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Generate domestic and international business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.
- Meet monthly revenue and sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or freelance bidding.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other lead generation platforms.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Ability to understand IT services and technical requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Experience in web hosting, server management, website development, cloud services, or cybersecurity is a plus.
