- Recruitment and selection of candidates
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files
- Attendance and leave management
- Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Full & Final Settlement processing
- Performance management support
- Training and development coordination
- Preparing HR reports and MIS
- Liaising with government authorities and labor departments when required
- Handling IF departments
- Knowledge of Factory act
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- HRMS and payroll software knowledge
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
