Team Leader
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers responsible for selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
- Drive sales of Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members and monitor performance.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
- Support team members in lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal closures.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor sales activities, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
