Brainy n Bright is a fast-growing EdTech organization dedicated to empowering students with future-ready skills through innovative online learning programs in Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM Education. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives who can connect with prospective students, explain our programs effectively, and drive enrollments through strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents.
- Counsel and guide leads about Brainy n Bright’s online learning programs and career-focused courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and learning outcomes in a clear and engaging manner.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Promote and sell EdTech programs and solutions directly to customers (B2C Sales).
- Identify potential opportunities, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions efficiently.
- 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or EdTech Sales.
- Graduate preferred.
- Comfortable working in U.S. Shift timings.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
