Job Overview
Baseline is looking for an Office Adminstrator to support daily administrative and coordination activities at the Ahmedabad office. The role involves handling office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with teams, and supporting smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Handle office correspondence, calls, and emails
- Support meeting scheduling and office coordination
- Maintain attendance and basic employee records
- Assist in travel, accommodation, and courier arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure proper upkeep and organization of the office
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Professional and responsible approach to work
