The Media Head will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all media, branding, advertising and lead generation activities for the company's real estate projects. The role requires managing digital and traditional media channels, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring effective utilization of marketing budgets and generating quality leads that contribute to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Planning & Strategy
● Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies for all projects.
● Plan project wise marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
● Identify the most effective media channels based on target audience and project location.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual media plans.
2. Digital Marketing Management
● Oversee campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
● Monitor lead generation campaigns and optimize performance.
● Ensure quality lead acquisition at the lowest possible cost.
● Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Branding & Advertising
● Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all platforms.
● Approve and monitor all marketing creatives, advertisements, brochures, videos and promotional materials.
● Ensure brand consistency across projects and communication channels.
● Plan launch campaigns for new projects.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
● Work closely with Sales, CRM and Business Development teams.
● Monitor project wise lead inflow and conversion ratios.
● Ensure media activities support sales targets and inventory movement.
● Suggest innovative campaigns to improve customer engagement and bookings.
5. Agency & Vendor Management
● Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, media houses, photographers, videographers and content creators.
● Negotiate media buying rates and advertising costs.
● Monitor agency performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
6. Budget Management
● Prepare and manage annual media and advertising budgets.
● Track marketing expenditures and ROI.
● Ensure optimum utilization of media budgets.
● Submit periodic reports on campaign effectiveness and spending.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
● Conduct competitor analysis of real estate projects and their marketing activities.
● Track market trends and emerging advertising opportunities.
● Recommend innovative media strategies based on market insights.
8. Content & Creative Oversight
● Approve project videos, social media content, advertisements and promotional materials.
● Ensure all content aligns with project positioning and company objectives.
● Guide creative teams on campaign concepts and messaging.
9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
● Review daily, weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
● Present campaign results, lead generation reports and ROI analysis to Management.
● Establish KPIs for media team members and monitor achievement.
10. Team Leadership
● Lead and mentor the media, digital marketing, content and creative teams.
● Allocate responsibilities and monitor execution.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
● MBA in Marketing preferred.
● Certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
● 8–15 years of experience in Media, Marketing or Advertising.
● Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
● Prior experience in Real Estate marketing is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
