Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. The candidate should have experience handling e-commerce and quick-commerce operations, including order processing for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for marketplace and quick-commerce platforms.
Coordinate order processing and inventory synchronization across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other sales channels.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain high stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Manage inward and outward logistics operations.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Handle inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, customer support, and logistics teams.
Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
Prepare operational reports and MIS for management review.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
Hands-on experience managing operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.
Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
