Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee construction activities, manage on-site teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and labor.
- Ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all the materials and products are shipped and received at site.
- Monitor progress, materials, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineer, Vendors and clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Basic communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage people and tasks
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Comfortable with site travel and field work.
PS : Travel allowance will be provided
