Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth.
As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels while leading a team of marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and manage SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Paid Advertising campaigns.
* Generate high-quality leads for software development, mobile app development, web development, digital marketing, and creative services.
* Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
* Develop content strategies that improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Oversee social media management and online brand reputation.
* Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and industry trend monitoring.
* Manage website traffic growth, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
* Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
* Collaborate with sales, design, content, and development teams to achieve business objectives.
* Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
