Rippling is looking for a Paid Social Analyst, APAC (contractor) to own paid social campaigns for the Core HR product across key APAC markets, primarily Australia, Singapore, India, and New Zealand. This person will serve as the primary paid social point of contact for APAC and partner closely with the International Growth team and regional stakeholders to drive efficient pipeline and ARR growth.
In this role, you will lead strategy and execution across LinkedIn and Meta, managing budget allocation, campaign performance, and testing plans across a diverse set of markets. You will localize creative and copy for regional audiences, tailor messaging to local ad formats and buyer behavior, and identify opportunities to support Rippling's continued expansion across APAC.
You'll work cross-functionally with APAC Sales, Marketing Operations, Growth and Demand Gen managers, and Brand to launch campaigns, share insights, and shape regional strategy that drives both brand awareness and pipeline. A key part of the role is owning full-funnel performance — tracking how leads progress through the sales funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and using data to continuously improve results.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, action-oriented, and excited to build. You should be comfortable brainstorming and testing new audiences and campaign ideas, using AI and analytics tools to improve decision-making, and navigating regional nuances in platform performance, privacy regulations, and audience behavior across Australia, Singapore, India, and New Zealand.
