Job Summary-
We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Executive (Spanish-speaking) to manage and grow our business across Spanish-speaking international markets.
The role will focus on handling distributors, driving B2B sales, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in LATAM and other Spanish-speaking regions.
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and grow international sales for Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM / Spain).
- Handle distributors, dealers, and B2B customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings in Spanish.
- Drive new business development and expand distributor/dealer networks.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and account management.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial offers, and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, dispatch, finance, service).
- Track orders, payments, dispatches, and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, dealer meets, and virtual demos (as required).
Key Requirements-
- Spanish language proficiency is mandatory (spoken & written).
- 3–5 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in machinery, industrial products, agri equipment, tools, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with international clients, distributors, and time zones.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, and documentation.
- Target-driven, process-oriented, and ownership mindset.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience handling LATAM or Spanish-speaking markets.
- Experience in distributor-led or channel sales models.
- Knowledge of export process, documentation, and international trade is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
