WE'RE HIRING — SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Training / Course Enrolment Sales)
We're looking for an energetic, well-spoken Sales Representative to join our team and drive student enrolments across our training programs. This is a field + counselling role — you'll be the face that turns an enquiry into an admission.
About the role: You'll handle walk-in and phone/call-back leads, explain our training programs clearly, address doubts, and guide interested candidates through to enrolment. You'll also represent the institute at workshops, camps, and outreach programs — sometimes locally, sometimes requiring travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in visitors and phone leads about course details, fees, duration, and benefits
- Follow up with "Interested," "Call Back," and "Information Sent" leads to convert them into admissions
