Job Responsibilities
- Conduct field verification of residence, business, property, employment and rental/tenancy cases.
- Visit customer locations and verify details through physical inspection and local enquiries.
- Interact with customers, owners, tenants, neighbours and other relevant persons.
- Take photographs and collect required information/evidence.
- Identify discrepancies and report actual ground-level findings.
- Prepare accurate verification reports and submit them within the prescribed TAT.
- Handle revisits and coordinate with the office team as required.
Requirements
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in banking/NBFC/field verification/collection/investigation will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Conveyance
Joining: Immediate preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
