We are building one of India's most advanced AI-driven health content ecosystems and are looking for a highly creative individual who can combine AI tools, design, video editing, and content production into a powerful content engine.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for transforming research, scripts, content buckets, and educational concepts into high-quality visual content.
This includes:
- Instagram Reels
- AI-generated videos
- AI Avatars
- Educational animations
- Motion graphics
- Carousels
- Social media creatives
- YouTube Shorts
- Marketing visuals
You should be passionate about AI and constantly exploring new tools that improve content quality and production speed.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production
- Edit Instagram Reels and Short-form videos.
- Create engaging educational content.
- Add captions, animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling elements.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats.
AI Content Creation
- Create AI-generated video clips.
- Build and manage AI avatar content.
- Generate AI visuals and B-roll.
- Convert scripts into complete AI-powered video assets.
Design & Visual Systems
- Design social media creatives and carousels.
- Create thumbnails and promotional assets.
- Maintain NovoScan's visual identity and branding standards.
Content Operations
- Organize content libraries and asset systems.
- Work closely with content buckets and reference databases.
- Build reusable templates and workflows to increase content output.

Preferred Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–3+ years in video editing, content creation, design, or creative production.
- Experience creating AI avatars and AI-generated content.
- Experience working with personal brands, education, health, wellness, or coaching businesses is preferred.
