- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail counters to expand the company’s market footprint.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Promote Kluton’s entire product portfolio (decorative, industrial, or specialized coatings) to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers and distributors through regular visits and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client queries, order processing, and grievance handling.
- Build a network with local influencers, including painters, contractors, architects, and builders, to drive product demand.
- Conduct continuous market research to track competitor pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, demand forecasting, and growth opportunities.
- Organize and execute promotional campaigns, painter meets, and product demonstration workshops.
- Ensure prominent placement of marketing materials (POS displays, banners, shade cards) at retail outlets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
