Responsibilities:
- Design posters and creatives for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Build multi slide carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Design Instagram stories, WhatsApp and Telegram creatives, and YouTube thumbnails
- Check educational websites and official portals daily and turn each new update, result, rank list, cut off, deadline and scholarship announcement into a post
- Produce several posts a day during the peak admission season
- Publish finished posts across our Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and YouTube channels
- Follow current design trends so that every post looks modern
- Keep every post consistent with our brand colours, fonts and logo placement
- Verify every date, figure and deadline against the official source before publishing
Requirements:
- Ability to design attractive posters and carousels
- Proficiency in at least one design tool such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, Figma or CorelDRAW
- Ability to export at standard social media sizes, including 1080 x 1080, 1080 x 1920, 1200 x 1500 and 1280 x 720
- Ability to read and write Tamil, as much of our content is in Tamil
- Good sense of typography, colour and layout
- Ability to manage several designs at once and complete them the same day
- Comfortable researching online and reading official notifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Freshers with a portfolio and experienced designers are both welcome to apply
- Candidates with their own laptop are welcome, though it is not compulsory
