Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of a specialized recovery software
- Establish operating cost recovery rates for Tenants, based on reviews and interpretation of tenant leases (all asset classes)
- Reconcile lease shortfall, ensuring property slippage is understood and can be explained.
- Assist Asset Management and Leasing to establish additional rates for non – standard leases.
- Assist with the set up of new properties and development transfers for Tenant Recoveries
- Work closely with Property Accountants and Lease Administrators to ensure constant communication and mutual support. Establish and preserve proper maintenance of files and documents.
- Partner with Asset Management, Property Operations, Leasing and other departments as required.
- Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required.
Job Qualifications: • Graduate / Post Graduate in Accounting
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of domain knowledge and experience
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills combined with an approachable manner Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel.
- Strong sense of responsibility and “ownership of the role”.
