About the Role
SK Manpower Solutions is looking for energetic and passionate Freelance Recruiters to support our growing hiring requirements across various industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for different job openings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Handle bulk and non-IT hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Achieve hiring targets within the given timeline
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Must have laptop and internet connection
