About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Career Consultant to join our growing EdTech sales team. In this role, you will guide prospective learners toward the right educational programs, build strong relationships with leads, and help them achieve their career goals through effective consultation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
- Counsel students and professionals on career development opportunities.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the sales process..
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the consultation process.
