We are seeking experienced QA Tester to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive quality assurance efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in the testing process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy –
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assess project requirements to create effective test cases and scenarios.
Test Execution and Analysis –
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Conduct thorough test case reviews and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to facilitate resolution.
Automation –
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts to increase efficiency and test coverage.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the automation framework.
Team Collaboration –
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Foster a culture of quality within the development team.
Continuous Improvement –
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, testing tools, and technologies.
Documentation –
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Document and communicate testing processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester (Automation and Manual both).
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Selenium) and SQL.
- Experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
