Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our life insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting advisors, generating business, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Recruit and develop insurance advisors / agents Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Generate life insurance business through field sales and references Conduct customer meetings and financial need analysis Train and guide advisors on products and sales strategies Maintain long-term relationships with clients Ensure timely policy issuance and customer service Achieve monthly and yearly business goals Organize sales activities and local market campaigns Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in sales, insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage a team and drive performance Passion for sales and customer relationship management
