Position: BIM Modeler (Landscape/Architecture)
We are seeking a skilled Landscape/Architecture BIM Modeler to join our team of 7 BIM & CAD technicians, working on a variety of landscape architecture projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about landscape design with strong BIM expertise and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage accurate landscape BIM models
- Collaborate with design and coordination teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM workflows, and quality requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of landscape design elements, detailing, and documentation
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India
