Help Desk Technician (L2 Support)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with 2+ years of experience to provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot user problems, manage support tickets, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently.
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and support applications and peripherals.
- Guide users with clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
- Strong L2 troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and iOS devices.
- Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
Preferred
- MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
