Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Site Administration
- Lead all administrative operations at the project site to ensure smooth functioning of activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and timelines.
- Maintain structured administrative systems, documentation, and site records.
2. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee end-to-end management of offices, guest houses, and project facilities.
- Ensure upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of infrastructure, utilities, furniture, and equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to maintain operational readiness and workplace standards.
- Ensure facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental norms
3. Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage and monitor service providers (housekeeping, security, transport, catering, etc.).
- Finalize vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Track vendor performance and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
4. Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain inventory of office, guest house, and site consumables.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Manage asset records and conduct periodic stock verification and audits.
5. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Plan, monitor, and control administrative budgets and expenses.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on administrative expenses and utilization.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support compliance related to site operations, facility safety, and labor provisions (as applicable).
Maintain records for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

7. Meetings, Travel & Coordination
- Organize meetings, reviews, and leadership visits at the project site.
- Manage travel, logistics, and accommodation for employees and visitors.
Ensure seamless administrative support to senior leadership.

8. Event & Workforce Support
- Organize internal engagement activities, official events, and external visits.
- Ensure availability of administrative facilities to employees and project workforce.
Support onboarding, site induction, and employee welfare-related admin activities.

9. Reporting & MIS
- Develop dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports for management review.
- Present data-driven insights related to admin efficiency, costs, and utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech with MBA/PGDM in Operations / Administration / Facility Management
- Graduate with certification in Facility / Industrial Administration (in case of non-engineering background)
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing / steel / project site administration
- Exposure to large industrial setups and facility management
