Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and long-term workforce planning.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmation, employee engagement, performance management, disciplinary processes, and offboarding.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, processes, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Oversee statutory compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, employment regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, compensation & benefits administration, and coordinate with payroll stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Design and drive Learning & Development initiatives, induction programs, employee training, leadership development, and capability-building interventions.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide strategic HR support, workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and people-related solutions.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, retention initiatives, succession planning, and talent development programs across the organization.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations when required, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Prepare and manage HR budgets, recruitment budgets, and monitor overall HR operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, employee productivity, attrition trends, engagement scores, recruitment performance, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and Talent Acquisition team to achieve organizational objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, compliance reports, manpower forecasts, payroll reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in HR Operations, HR Strategy, Employee Lifecycle Management, Payroll, Compliance, and Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, budgeting, HR analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting tools.
