1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to promote recruitment and training services.
- Generate qualified leads for admissions (training wing) and job seekers (recruitment wing).
- Maintain an updated database of prospective clients, candidates, and training participants.
2. Candidate & Client Engagement
- Explain available job opportunities, recruitment processes, and training programs to prospective candidates.
- Counsel candidates on course details, fees, schedules, and benefits to encourage enrollment.
- Provide clear information to clients/employers about recruitment services, available talent pool, and service offerings.
3. Conversion & Follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets for both recruitment and training divisions.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions.
- Schedule walk-ins, interviews, or counseling sessions for candidates.
4. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with the Admissions Team for smooth candidate onboarding in training programs.
- Work with the Recruitment Team to schedule interviews, collect documents, and update candidate status.
- Support marketing activities by calling leads generated from social media campaigns, events, and referrals.
5. Database & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on telecalling performance, lead status, and closures.
- Update management regularly on progress and challenges.
6. Professionalism & Customer Care
- Handle calls in a professional and polite manner, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Resolve candidate/client queries promptly or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate data and company information.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred).
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
