Job description/ Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Business Development Strategies to achieve Sales and Revenue Targets.
* Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing Customers.
* Independently interact with EPC Contractors and Government Departments.
* Promote and market Ductile Iron Pipes, Fittings and allied Infrastructure Products.
* Build Strong Relationships with Key Decision-Makers to understand Project Requirements and Provide Customized Solutions.
* Coordinate with Internal Teams to prepare Sales Pitches, Presentations and Commercial Proposals.
* Monitor Market Trends, Competitors' Activities and Customer Feedback to identify Growth Opportunities.
* Support Tender Participation, Negotiations and Order Closures.
- Experience: Experienced or Retired Candidate with a strong marketing and sales background in DI Pipes, GI Pipes & MS Pipes & Fittings or Allied Infrastructure materials.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to DI Pipes, GI Pipes, MS Pipes, or Large Diameter Pipes marketing is highly desirable.
- Network: Must have established connections with EPC Contractors and Water & Sewerage Departments of State Governments (South India).
- Skills: Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills with the ability to Work Independently.
