Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into sales.
Candidates with experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Handling, or Business Development can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested customers and enquiries.
- Convert suitable leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer questions and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Update basic information in the CRM or company system.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
- Prepare daily sales and follow-up updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
