About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving team productivity, managing lead conversions, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team mentoring.
The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in B2B sales and team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead conversion performance.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist team members in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, role plays, and performance reviews.
- Track sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion ratios using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management processes.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.
- Handle client escalations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain a high-performance and target-oriented sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
- 1–3 years of experience in Team Handling or Sales Leadership role
- Experience managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
