- Good knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA programming and commissioning.
- Experience in pharma, chemical, food, utilities, process automation, or industrial automation projects preferred.
- Knowledge of field instruments like flowmeters, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, level transmitters, control valves, VFDs, motors, sensors, and analyzers.
- Ability to read and understand P&ID, electrical drawings, panel GA, SLD, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and logic diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting skills at site.
- Willingness to travel for commissioning across India.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
PLC / DCS / SCADA Engineering
- Develop PLC logic, DCS configuration, SCADA/HMI graphics, alarms, trends, reports, and interlocks.
- Work on automation systems such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Omron, Honeywell, Yokogawa, or equivalent platforms.
- Prepare and review I/O list, control philosophy, cause & effect, interlock logic, loop drawings, communication architecture, and FAT/SAT documents.
- Configure communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC, RS485, etc.
Commissioning & Site Support
- Carry out site installation support, loop checking, I/O testing, instrument calibration coordination, logic testing, and process trials.
- Perform commissioning of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, VFDs, instruments, MCC panels, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, communication, PLC, SCADA, and field wiring issues.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, panel vendor, instrument vendor, and internal project team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
