MRLK Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to support the sales leadership team in driving revenue growth and managing the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent client-handling skills, and experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Monitor sales activities, track leads, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
