We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods across all company locations, warehouses, service centers, and customer sites. The role will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all logistics and transportation-related activities, ensuring timely dispatches, efficient coordination, shipment tracking, and smooth communication with internal teams, customers, and transport partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatches, pickups, and deliveries across all company locations.
- Coordinate with courier companies, transport vendors, warehouse teams, service engineers, and branch offices for timely movement of goods.
- Plan and schedule shipments through courier and transport partners, including full truck load (FTL) movements.
- Track shipments from pickup to delivery, resolve delays or delivery issues, and maintain complete shipment records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, transport vendors, Accounts, and internal teams for all logistics-related matters.
- Verify transport documents, PODs, freight invoices, and coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice processing.
- Develop and maintain efficient logistics processes and tracking systems to improve visibility, accountability, and scalability as business volumes grow.
- Monitor logistics performance, optimize transportation costs, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of courier operations, transport management, and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics management systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
