Business Development Executive / Manager – US Healthcare
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager with 5+ years of experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business through cold calling, client acquisition, strategic networking, and relationship management. The candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals with US healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US Healthcare market through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician groups, clinics, healthcare providers, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
- Represent the company at healthcare conferences, seminars, trade shows, webinars, networking events, and SHRM conferences/events to generate leads and build strategic relationships.
- Identify partnership opportunities through industry events and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track all customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Delivery, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or B2B Sales & selling Healthcare products to US clients.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing business deals.
- Experience participating in or leveraging healthcare conferences, seminars, trade shows, and SHRM events for business development is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
