Handholding & Training of new Business Partner
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Identifying prospects from market data and other leads.
Converting prospects in MASK Franchisee (out station visit also required) only within Bihar exclusive
To ensure Presence of Sharekhan in all major districts of Bihar
Compliance, Voice logger, Signage, Mandatory poster, etc installation at BP outlet
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Inauguration of BP with his clients at their place
Monthly Report & Daily MIS
Team Handling
Good Communication and leadership skills.
