Objective:
AI Driven Growth & Scale
Build and scale a revenue-driven growth engine using relevant AI tools across content, UGC, performance marketing, and analytics- focusing on sales, conversions, and profitable scale.
Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Content & UGC
* Build a high-volume content system using AI
Generate:
* UGC-style videos (multi-language, Indian audiences)
* Product education content
* Ad creatives at scale
Focus: relatability + conversion, not aesthetics
2. Performance Marketing
* Own and scale paid campaigns (Meta + Google)
* Test creatives, audiences, and funnels
Optimize for:
* ROAS
* CAC
* Conversion rates
3. AI Systems & Automation
Use AI to:
* Generate scripts, hooks, and variations
* Analyze campaign data
* Automate reporting and insights
Build lightweight workflows to improve speed and efficiency
4. Data & Decision Making
Analyze:
* Ad performance
* Customer behavior
* Product performance
Convert data into clear growth actions
5. Continuous Optimization
Stay updated with:
* AI tools & relevant updates
* Platform algorithm changes
* UGC and content trends
Rapidly test and implement new approaches
Requirements:
Strong understanding of:
* Performance marketing (Meta Ads essential)
* Short-form content (UGC, reels)
Hands-on experience using AI for:
* Content creation
* Marketing workflows
* Data analysis
Who you are:
You are tool-agnostic but outcome-driven.
You should be able to identify, evaluate, and deploy the best AI tools for each task (content, UGC, scripting, ads, automation), and justify your choices based on performance.
You are not just a tool user. You are a system thinker who knows how and when to use these AI tools for best optimisation.
Experience:
1-3 years of hands on experience with a strong performance marketing background and knowledge of the backend.

* Engagement
Compensation:
Ranging from 35k to 50k/month (depending on knowledge, execution, experience) + performance incentives
Note:
This is a hands-on execution role.
- You will be expected to build, test, and scale rapidly- using the best AI knowledge.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra
