Position: Sales Associate
Experience: 1–3 Year’s Experience
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Assiociate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our revenue growth — identifying, engaging, and closing high-value prospects in international markets. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to deal closure and pipeline management with a sharp focus on understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building scalable sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a hunter-minded sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves data-driven selling, and has a passion for building relationships across geographies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, and various outreach
- Define and refine ICP
- Build and execute territory-level sales strategies for international segments
- Manage a full sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly pipeline forecasts
- Engage prospects across time zones with cultural sensitivity
- Test and optimize outreach cadences across multiple channels
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience selling into international or multi-geography markets
- Experince in handling international customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRMs
- Familiarity with lead intelligence tools.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
