Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor log.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, parcels, and mail.
- Schedule meeting rooms and support administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, stationery inventory, and front desk documentation.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
