Job description:
Job responsibilities will include the following.
● Managing Large amount of Inbound and Call Backs calls in timely Manner
● Following of call Center ‘Scripts’
● Identifying Customer’s needs, clarify information, research every
issue and providing Solutions.
● Keep records of all Conversations in our call Center database in
● Comprehensive way.
● Online chats on daily.
● Replying to the QUERY mails.
● Complaints and Inquiries, Keeping our Customers Satisfaction at the
core of every decision and behaviors.
Performing other duties as assigned by the HOD.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
