Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track performance of sales executives.
- Channel Management: Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic marketing plans to meet targets.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Core Skills: Proven expertise in both Marketing and Sales.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales management (preferred).
- Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Ready to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
