Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / Terms of Service(Applicable to All Security Personnel)1. General Conduct
- All security personnel shall maintain discipline, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Employees must behave courteously and respectfully towards clients, visitors, and fellow employees.
- Any act of misconduct, negligence, or violation of company rules will result in disciplinary action.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
- All personnel must report to the duty location at least 15 minutes before the commencement of their shift.
- Proper handover procedures must be completed during every shift change.
- Absence from duty without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
3. Uniform & Appearance
- Security personnel must wear a clean, complete, and well-maintained uniform while on duty.
- The Company Identity Card (ID Card) must be displayed prominently at all times.
4. Duties & Responsibilities
- Remain alert and vigilant throughout the duty period. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited.
- Do not leave the duty post until properly relieved by the designated replacement.
- Ensure that all visitors and vehicles are thoroughly checked before granting entry.
5. Access Control
- Do not permit unauthorized persons to enter the premises.
- Maintain accurate records of all visitors, vehicles, and materials in the prescribed registers.
6. Emergency Response
- Immediately inform the Supervisor in the event of fire, theft, or any other emergency.
- Remain calm and follow the prescribed safety and emergency procedures.
7. Mobile Phone Usage
- The use of mobile phones for personal purposes during duty hours is strictly restricted.
- Mobile phones may only be used with prior permission during emergencies.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Sleeping while on duty, consuming alcohol or other intoxicating substances, and engaging in arguments or misconduct are strictly prohibited.
- Disclosure of the Company's confidential information to any unauthorized person is strictly forbidden.
9. Documentation
- Maintain the Visitor Register, Vehicle Register, Incident Report, and all other security records accurately, neatly, and up to date.
10. Disciplinary Action
- Any employee found violating the above rules and regulations shall be subject to disciplinary action, including a verbal or written warning, suspension, or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the violation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
