Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, smart, and career-oriented candidates who are interested in building their careers in HR and Labour Law Compliance. Fresh graduates with good analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in statutory compliance activities under various labour laws.
- Preparation and maintenance of employee data and MIS reports.
- Coordination for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
- Assisting in payroll data verification and compliance documentation.
- Preparation of registers, records, and compliance reports.
- Support in labour law audits and client coordination.
- Learning and understanding provisions of labour laws and new labour codes.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: B.Com or Commerce Gratuate
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Data Validation etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Active, self-motivated, and willing to learn labour laws and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates having 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Statutory Compliance will be given preference.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
