Key Responsibilities:
Import Management
- Coordinate shipment pickup with shipping agents from supplier locations
- Track import shipments and provide daily status updates
- Process international payments and related documentation through banking channels
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and shipping partners
- Handle customs duty payments and banking transactions
- Monitor and close Bills of Entry (BOE) – online and offline
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Source and negotiate pricing with Indian and international suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and shipment issues
- Ensure timely resolution of procurement and logistics concerns
Office Administration & HR Support
- Maintain office housekeeping and cleanliness standards
- Manage petty cash and daily office expenses
- Coordinate with service providers (internet, mobile, stationery, ID cards, refreshments, etc.)
- Support recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
- Maintain office stationery stock and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle basic office infrastructure and facility issues (IT, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Experience:
- 2–5 years in imports / procurement / admin operations
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
