HR Manager (Full Time)
Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function independently and ensuring effective personnel management. We are looking for a professional who can lead HR operations with autonomy and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent HR Management: Handle all HR department functions independently, managing personnel effectively and streamlining internal processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding and integrating new talent.
- Employee Life Cycle: Oversee the complete employee life cycle, including documentation, appraisals, and exits.
- Compliance & Payroll: Ensure full compliance with labour laws, manage payroll processes, and handle attendance tracking accurately.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Training & Development: Facilitate training programs and enhance internal communication and problem-solving mechanisms.
Requirements
- Education: MBA or Degree in Human Resources (HR).
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in the HR field.
- Current Role: Preference will be given to candidates currently working as an HR Executive, Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager or in an equivalent role.
- Industry Preference: Experience in Retail or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Skills: Smart, proactive, and professional demeanour.
- Mandatory Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Malayalam.
Compensation
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
