Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) with 10+ years of experience in Hotel, QSR, or Casual Dining operations. The candidate should have proven experience in handling multi-unit/cluster operations, managing 19+ outlets, and leading large teams to drive operational excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage operations across 19 outlets within the assigned cluster.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Outlet Managers and operations teams.
- Drive sales, profitability, and business growth across all outlets.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct operational audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a superior guest experience.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Hotel, QSR, Restaurant, or Casual Dining operations.
- Proven experience in handling cluster/multi-unit operations with 19+ outlets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹99,859.49 per month
